Quick reference guide for client registration
Universal Registration Flow (All Users)
1. Visit app login page
2. Click "Create your account"
3. Enter email & create password
4. Submit email verification OTP
5. Complete profile details
6. Accept terms
7. Account activated ✓
Adult Registration (18+)
Immediate access. No approval needed.
- • Email verification
- • Complete profile (name, DOB, sport/activity)
- • Full dashboard access
- Timeline: ~2 minutes
Minor Registration (Under 18)
⚠️ Requires parental approval
- • Email verification
- • Complete profile (name, DOB)
- • Provide parent email(s)
- • Parents receive approval email
- • Account pending until approved
- Timeline: Registration (2 min) + parent approval (varies)

Adding a Second Parent (Post-Registration)
- Go to Profile
- Scroll to "Parent Approvals"
- Find "Add a Second Parent"
- Enter parent email
- Click "Invite"
- Parent receives approval email
- Parent approves account access
Common Scenarios
Adult User
- • Registers alone
- • No approval needed
- • Immediate full access
- • Can add coach/provider later
Minor with One Parent
- • Registers with parent email
- • Parent approves via email link
- • Account becomes active
- • Parent can monitor from Parent Dashboard
Minor with Two Parents
- • Registers with both parent emails OR adds second parent later
- • Both parents receive approval emails
- • Both have equal access to child's data
Troubleshooting
No OTP email?
Check spam folder; request resend
Forgot password?
Click "Forgot Password" on login page
Parent didn't receive approval email?
Check spam; resend from child's profile
